Global Dimensions is currently seeking Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analysts for positions in McLean Virginia.

The Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analyst supports critical operations through the exploitation analysis and production of Motion GEOINT and related geospatial intelligence products. This position is responsible for processing exploiting analyzing and disseminating full-motion video (FMV) and other GEOINT data in support of Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions. Analysts are expected to perform with minimal supervision consistently produce high-quality intelligence products and provide technical guidance to junior analysts while supporting a fast-paced operational environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide real-time 24/7/365 motion video exploitation in a shift-work environment.

Analyze targets using a variety of platforms and Motion GEOINT data sources.

Exploit Motion GEOINT including but not limited to multi-spectral hyperspectral infrared (IR) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and LiDAR imagery.

View exploit record and accurately touch-type live Motion GEOINT exploitation comments in support of operations.

Maintain a typing speed of at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

Produce storyboards vehicle follows and 360-degree graphics.

Respond to imagery research and analysis taskings by reviewing current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery to answer detailed intelligence requirements.

Produce standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products including summary reports tailored mission-specific products database remarks and daily briefings.

Collaborate effectively with NGA NSG ASG Service imagery and geospatial analysts intelligence analysts engineers and mission partners.

Archive and disseminate intelligence products in accordance with NGA standards and guidelines.

Maintain the integrity of mission partner data while ensuring timely and accurate GEOINT support.

Must-haves:-Full-motion video exploitation-MITIL training certification-SAP program access-NGA product production-LiDAR and SAR imagery exploitation-Real-time touch-typing exploitation-Military intelligence schoolhouse graduate-Shift-work GEOINT operationsRequired Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements U.S. Citizenship is TS/SCI security clearance of formal military intelligence of the following experience combinations:Minimum of five (5) years of full-time post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience including three (3) years of GEOINT analysis experience; or Minimum of three (3) years of full-time post-schoolhouse GEOINT analysis experience and an Associates degree in a related ability to perform technical tasks with minimal to lead smaller teams and assist in the successful execution of mission record of producing high-quality intelligence products using sound analytic to mentor and develop junior analysts while contributing to overall team collaborating with Government customers and mission partners to provide accurate technical information and integrated intelligence candidates must successfully complete required initial training including:Motion Imagery Tradecraft Intermediate Level (MITIL):5-day course (participation required pass/fail).Fundamentals and Program Orientation: 10-day course with a minimum passing score of 80%.On-the-Job Training (OJT): Up to 90 days (or 45 mission days) consisting of three task-specific subphases (pass/fail).This position supports a Special Access Program (SAP) and requires additional customer approval and an in-depth background investigation regardless of current clearance must successfully complete all required training to remain eligible for the contract. Failure to successfully complete the required training will result in removal from contract Skills:Previous experience in Motion GEOINT analysis supporting DoD or Intelligence Community with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) standards workflows and production ability to perform effectively in a high-tempo operational environment.
