Job Summary
ROLE : MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Locations: San Francisco CA Newport Beach CA Alexandria VA West Palm Beach FL Austin TX
Job Type: Full-Time Work Model: Hybrid
Experience Level: Mid-Level Associate (3-4 Years)
Compensation: Approximately $175000 Base (Flexible Based on Experience)
Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation Regulatory Enforcement Public Law Administrative Law Appellate Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters
Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
Manage assigned cases with increasing independence
Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions
Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda
Participate in depositions hearings and mediations
Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
Required Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active State Bar membership (any state)
3-4 years of litigation experience
Experience handling matters in state and/or federal court
Experience drafting dispositive motions
Discovery management experience
Strong Plus: AmLaw/boutique government/regulatory/appellate clerkship experience
Preferred: California Bar admission
