ITA is seeking a Mid-Level Enterprise Data Integration Specialist/Cross-Platform Integration Lead to join the team in Fort Eustis Virginia in a hybrid position.

We are seeking an experiencedMid-Level Enterprise Data Integration Specialist / Cross-Platform Integration Lead to support the U.S. Army. The Integration Lead will design develop implement test and sustain secure data integrations across Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 enterprise applications databases APIs and other authorized systems.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical bridge across application data cloud and business teams ensuring that information can move reliably securely and efficiently between disparate platforms. The position will translate integration requirements into practical technical solutions and will take hands-on ownership of integration development configuration testing troubleshooting and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience withAPIs REST/JSON SQL Azure integration services Power Platform connectors Dataverse Power Automate Microsoft Graph and enterprise data exchange patterns.

• Lead the designand implementation ofcross-platform dataintegrations supportingT2COM mission andbusiness requirements.
• Analyze existing systems interfaces data sources and workflows toidentify integration requirementsand dependencies.
• Translate functional andtechnical requirementsinto integration designsand implementation plans.
• Develop configure test deploy and maintainintegrations across enterpriseplatforms.
• Design and implementRESTful API integrationsand data exchangesusing approved technologies.
• Develop integrations betweenPower Platform Azure Microsoft 365 Dataverse SQL databases enterpriseapplications and externalsystems.
• Develop and maintainPower Platform customconnectors and connectionconfigurations as appropriate.
• Configure and developPower Automate flowsfor system-to-system data exchangeand business processautomation.
• Support integration using Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions API Management Machine Learning Studio Databricks Synapse/Fabric Data Factory and other appropriate Azure services.
• Integrate Microsoft 365services using MicrosoftGraph and otherapproved interfaces.
• Design and implementdata transformations mappings validation and enrichmentprocesses.
• Develop and maintaindata mapping specificationsand interface controldocumentation.
• Analyze source andtarget data structuresand identify differencesin data types formats business rules and definitions.
• Establish appropriate errorhandling retry logging monitoring and exception-management capabilities.
• Troubleshoot integrationfailures data discrepancies connectivity issues authenticationproblems and performanceissues.
• Coordinate with applicationdevelopers Power Platformdevelopers cloud architects data analysts BusinessAnalysts cybersecuritypersonnel and systemowners.
• Participate in technicaldesign reviews andarchitecture working sessions.
• Evaluate integration approachesand recommend appropriatetechnologies and patternsbased on missionrequirements.
• Support integration testing system integration testing regression testing anduser acceptance testing.
• Develop automated andrepeatable integrationtesting processes whereappropriate.
• Validate data integritybetween source andtarget systems.
• Monitor production integrationsand respond tointegration-related incidents.
• Perform root-causeanalysis for recurringintegration and data-quality issues.
• Support deployment ofintegration solutions throughdevelopment test andproduction environments.
• Follow established ApplicationLifecycle Management (ALM) configuration management and change managementprocesses.
• Maintain accurate technicaldocumentation for interfaces APIs integrations dataflows dependencies andoperational procedures.
• Identify opportunities toimprove integration reliability performance scalability and maintainability.
• Develop reusable integrationpatterns and components.
• Provide technical guidanceand mentoring tojunior integration anddevelopment personnel.
• Ensure integration solutionsadhere to establishedsecurity governance andenterprise architecturestandards.
• Perform other integrationand data engineeringduties as requiredto support T2COMmission objectives.

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science InformationSystems Software Engineering Data Engineering ora related technicaldiscipline or equivalentprofessional experience.
• 5 years ofexperiencein software integration data integration systemsintegration applicationdevelopment data engineering or a relatedfield.
• 3 years ofhands-on experiencedeveloping or implementingenterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated experienceintegrating multiple enterpriseapplications platforms databases or services.

Pay range for this position is $110000 - $130000 annually.

This position has a broad compensation range due to the complexities of government contracting including contract pricing labor category requirements funding parameters and varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications.
