Band: Production Associate Band P03

Location: Grants Pass OR

Operation: Semi-Custom

Position Summary: The MicroVellum/Optimization tech is responsible for the administration development optimization and support of the sites MicroVellum environment and related manufacturing data systems. This role serves as the technical owner of product configuration tooling post processors machine programming batching rules material management and data integration throughout the manufacturing process. The Tech partners closely with Engineering Product Development Manufacturing IT and equipment operators to ensure accurate product execution efficient machine performance successful new product launches and continuous improvement of production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain MicroVellum libraries product catalogs and site-specific product offerings.
• Safely import export modify and deploy products across multiple MicroVellum environments and site instances.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot product-related defects and configuration issues.
• Validate product functionality prior to release into production

Required Education & Experience

• Some Experience preferred working with MicroVellum or similar manufacturing software platforms.
• Some Experience preferred supporting CNC manufacturing equipment and automated production systems.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to wood dusts and cabinet-making related materials.
• Exposure to hot and cold elements due to non-climate controlled environment.
• Wearing of Personal Protection Equipment required: eye and ear protection.

• Frequent speaking hearing near vision far vision and touch.

• Frequent head/neck static position rotation flexion and extension.
• Frequent change in torso/back position frequent stooping bending and twisting.
