- Translate business and technical requirements into Microsoft 365 and Azure solution architectures aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints roadmaps and futurestate designs
- Partner with business stakeholders and infrastructure network identity and server teams to deliver scalable resilient solutions
- Assess the current Microsoft solution portfolio to identify gaps risks and technical debt
- Monitor and evaluate emerging Microsoft and cloud technologies to recommend optimizations and innovations
- Lead the design and implementation of M365 and Azure solutions in alignment with enterprise standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 Azure and Entra ID
- Architect configure and administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive Intune and M365 Apps
- Design and enforce security compliance and data governance using Microsoft Purview DLP retention sensitivity labels and auditing
- Develop and execute PowerShell automation for administration governance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with PMO and agile teams to ensure architectural alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide endpoint and device management through Intune ensuring compliance patching and security posture
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation standards and training materials
- Communicate architectural decisions risks and progress effectively to executive leadership and technical teams
Minimum:
Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 environments governance and management; Hands-on experience with Office 365 services such as Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
Obtain Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
A minimum of five years combined experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines; including technical or infrastructure architecture network management application development middleware database management or cloud development
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
