Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) modules (Sales Service etc.)
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • C# .NET Dataverse plug-ins Custom APIs
  • Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
• Experience with Dataverse customization (entities forms views relationships)
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS for UI customization
• Experience in system integrations using REST/OData and Azure services
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of security models and role-based access
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE) using Dataverse
• Build and extend applications using:
  • Model-driven apps & Canvas apps
  • Power Automate workflows
• Develop server-side components such as:
  • Plug-ins Custom APIs and workflows using C# .NET
• Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and D365 Client APIs
• Integrate D365 with external systems using:
  • REST / OData APIs
  • Azure services (Functions Service Bus Logic Apps)
• Configure business logic security roles and business rules
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance best practices
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
