Job Title: Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Migration Project Manager

Location: Buffalo NYC need local

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SharePoint and OneDrive migration activities
• Manage migration planning execution reporting governance and cutovers
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Collaboration Security and business unit teams
• Drive stakeholder communication readiness sessions and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with governance retention access and data security policies
• Track project risks dependencies and executive-level reporting
• Manage multiple migration waves and workstreams simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise technology programs
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• Proven experience leading content/data migration projects
• Strong understanding of SharePoint & OneDrive migration strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Experience working with Infrastructure Collaboration and Security teams
• Bachelors degree required

Preferred Skills:

• Large-scale enterprise migration experience
• Experience with SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) Microsoft Migration Manager or third-party migration tools
• Exposure to governance compliance and risk management frameworks
