Were looking for a dynamic recruiting leader whos ready to own the craft hiring engine that keeps our operations moving. As the Manager Talent Acquisition 2 youll lead a high performing team of recruiters responsible for hiring the skilled craft workforce that builds our products powers our projects and represents the backbone of our company.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who knows how to inspire recruiters strengthen processes and build deep partnerships across the business. Youll guide the team through high volume hiring cycles coach them on effective talent strategies and ensure that every candidate from welders to electricians to pipefitters has a consistent high quality experience.
Youll also collaborate with our Workforce Development partners during peak periods and on an as-needed basis lending support at hiring events technical school engagements and community workforce initiatives. You wont own data reporting but you will drive improvement in key measures like time to fill conversion rates and recruiting effectiveness.
Travel is required up to 25% of the time for hiring events workforce development meetings and outreach activities.

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of applicable progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Masters degree and 4 years relevant experience.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Labor Relations Industrial Engineering. Prefer candidate to be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) and SuccessFactors or Workday.
