Job Summary:
Leads purchasing operations and demand planning activities to support enterprise material needs. Oversees regional and national purchasing specialists while establishing forecasting processes and demand plans aligned with operational requirements. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to aggregate data optimize inventory strategies and improve procurement performance. Drives continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy supplier engagement and purchasing governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads and manages purchasing specialists including workload coordination performance management and development.
Oversees purchase order execution transfers and stocked purchasing activities to ensure operational continuity.
Develops and maintains aggregated demand forecasts and item-level demand plans aligned with project and branch requirements.
Identifies and aggregates material and service demand across internal entities to support forecasting and supplier planning.
Analyzes forecast data and market intelligence to adjust planning assumptions and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Establishes processes for forecasting governance inventory optimization and supplier alignment.
Monitors purchasing and demand planning performance metrics and implements corrective actions as needed.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management procurement finance or a related field or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
7 years of experience in purchasing supply chain demand planning or procurement operations required.
2-4 years of experience leading purchasing teams or coordinating team workload required.
Experience developing forecasts demand plans or inventory strategies required.
Experience using ERP procurement or forecasting systems required.
