We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of production and facility equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who can help ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
Respond to equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Test equipment and evaluate performance to ensure operational efficiency
Document maintenance activities troubleshooting results and repairs in internal systems
Read and interpret engineering drawings electrical schematics and technical manuals
Repair or replace components such as sensors motors controllers and power supplies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues
Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 5S principles
Assist with equipment setup installation and continuous improvement initiatives
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
Understanding of industrial equipment motors and basic controls
Good communication and documentation skills
Technical certification in electrical mechanical or maintenance-related field
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device pharmaceutical etc.)
Familiarity with HMI systems and automated equipment
Experience with packaging equipment such as Form Fill & Seal or sealing systems
Exposure to machining equipment such as mills and lathes
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
