The Boeing CompanyThe AOG / SST Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Methods Process Analysts (Levels 2 or 3) to join our growing team located in Renton Washington USA.
Position Overview:
The AOG / SST Organization is hiring Methods Process Analyst(s) to support the Single and Twin Aisle SST Operations organization with managing resource requests for SST personnel. This position is based primarily in Renton but the candidate will require occasional local travel to Everett (42 miles) to support the twin aisle programs. The candidate(s) responsibilities will include leading integration efforts with Production IE teams prioritizing incoming requests for production support developing resource plans creating labor estimates and managing crew cycling schedules. The role could grow to include managing complex AOG requests and schedules.
The ideal candidates will possess strong strategic and creative-thinking skills and will drive improvements and efficiencies into the existing process. It is essential that the candidates can effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineering and production-supporting organizations and establish partnerships with senior leaders. Additionally the candidates will focus on production stability implementing lean methodologies and improve quality through structured root cause analysis reviews.

Position Overview:
- Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
- Develops forecast acquisition and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.
- Contributes to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages. Monitors performance to established labor hour estimates.
- Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives.
- Analyzes changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events.
- Assesses the impact of the changes that occur to cost schedule resources and delivery.
- Develops modifications to existing plans and obtain approval.
- Participates in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts.
- Develops implements maintains and statuses complex integrated shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting Finance Business Administration Business Management Data Analytics Marketing Economics or Math
- 3 years of experience working in an engineering manufacturing and/or production environment (level 2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience working in an engineering manufacturing and/or production environment (level 3)
- 3 years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- 3years of experience working in a team environment.
- 3 years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- 3 years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

Summary pay range for Associate level (level 2): $78200 - $105800
Summary pay range for Mid-level (level 3): $95200 - $128800
