Job Description: Were looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher youll use your expertise in buffing stripping sanding masking filling spraying oxidizing and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for following work order instructions and leading your crews to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards in a timely manner

• Working with solvents chemicals pneumatic and power tools

• Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols including the use of company vehicles

• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules

• Work nights (generally 4/5pm 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends

• Occasion out of town travel (in company van with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Metal Refinishing

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred

• Current and valid drivers license with an insurable driving record

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal

• Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces

• Ability to kneel squat bend lift reach climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassisted

• Painter or spraying experience of any type

• High level of attention to detail/cleanliness and ability to perform top quality restoration work
