Pay:$25.00$30.00 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Temp-to-Hire Day Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Overtime may be required

Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced metal fabricator for a growing manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is now hiring a skilled team member to build and assemble high-quality metal this role you will read blueprints cut materials and weld pieces together. This is a great opportunity for a reliable worker looking for a stable day-shift schedule in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble metal products using drawings and specifications

• Read and understand blueprints work orders and shop drawings

• Measure mark cut and fit metal pieces together

• Use shop tools safely including saws grinders drills and ironworkers

• Weld and tack metal pieces using MIG and TIG welding processes

• Check finished items to make sure they meet quality standards

• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in metal fabrication manufacturing or welding

• Ability to read a tape measure and understand shop drawings

• Strong basic math and measurement skills

• High School diploma or GED required

• Must speak and understand English

• Background check and drug screening may be required

Work Environment

• Standing for up to 10 hours per day

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Working indoors in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Exposure to typical shop noise heat dust and welding fumes
