We are seeking a detail-oriented Electroplater to perform a wide range of electroplating processes on a variety of metals and parts. This role involves preparing and maintaining plating solutions working from technical documentation and ensuring quality results through careful inspection. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious dependable and takes pride in producing consistent high-quality work.

• Perform electroplating processes according to standardized methods
• Maintain plating solutions per required formulas
• Inspect parts and plating solutions to ensure optimal results
• Follow specifications work orders and instructions for each job
• Identify and reject parts that do not meet quality standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

• Prior plating experience required
• Comfortable using Excel Outlook and Word
• Ability to lift and move 3040 lb boxes regularly
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in the jewelry industry
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery
