The role:

• Oversee the customer refining stream managing the receipt inspection and tracking of refining materials

• Coordinate daily priorities with production and supply chain to ensure efficient workflow and working capital management

• Track refining lot progress and communicate statusissuesand timelines to stakeholders

• Ensureaccuratedocumentation weighing and recording of all metal transactions

• Prepare and manage materials and documentation for external processing

• Support metal control activities including inventory movements cycle counts and loss/gain investigations

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment with exposure to inventory or shipping processes

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to work across productionlogisticsand commercial teams

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems such as MRP platforms

• Good problem solving prioritization and time management skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracyqualityand safety standards
