-Call is split 6 ways amongst the team of 6 Gen MDs
-Call is taken from home with post-call day off
-Open heart cases and open heart call covered by separate group of CV anesthesiologists
-Good variety of case type except for open hearts (separate service) and intracranial neurosurgery (no heads no hearts)
