Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days on-site per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Tempe AZ Des Moines IA or Irving TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role supports the Merchant Services business by evaluating pricing opportunities and supporting decisions that directly impact client relationships profitability and business growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests assess financial impacts and provide data-driven recommendations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data solving business problems and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Finance
• Review and analyze moderately complex Finance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Finance deliverables
• Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests assess financial impacts and provide data-driven recommendations
• Evaluate merchant business characteristics such as transaction volume processing trends seasonality and cost structures

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in Merchant Services Payments Financial Services Operations Pricing Finance or a related analytical field; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience training military experience or education
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial operational or business insights
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet established deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including data analysis reporting and modeling
• Exposure to pricing financial analysis revenue analysis or profitability assessment
• Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts including interchange assessments processing fees and related cost structures
• Experience working with pricing reporting or business intelligence tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of payment network regulations and industry practices
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Previous experience in merchant services pricing and strategy roles
• Comfortable handling calls with both internal and external customers

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
