Job Description:

Were seeking innovative passionate students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program. During our dynamic 10-week program youll be provided with one-of-a-kind learning and development opportunities including a blend of on-the-job learning virtual trainings opportunities to connect with Executive Leadership volunteer events and a multitude of other development activities to fuel your career preparation. Schedule:

The Intern is scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Schedules will vary weekly based upon business needs. The Internship will begin on June 7th 2027 and will end on August 13th 2027. Please note this position resides in our brand office in Carlisle Pa (1149 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle Pa. 17013) and will require 3 in-person days each week in office.

What are we looking for

• Students with a minimum GPA of a 3.0
• Students who are at least a sophomore in college

• A passion for the grocery industry/an eagerness to learn about the grocery industry

What will you do

• Leverage reporting tools to analyze data to support decisions on program effectiveness and product assortment
• Collaborate on planogram optimization projects to enhance space-to-sales performance
• Evaluate opportunities for new items and merchandising programs
• Conduct competitive analysis including pricing promotions and assortment
• Utilize Circana Unify for market share assortment and distribution reports to generate insights and recommendations for the department.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other software to effectively communicate with others and produce work products as assigned
• Ability to sit stand move about grasp reach type speak and lift up to 10 lbs. frequently as required by daily work assignments
• Detailed-oriented strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in a group setting either physically or virtually
• Ability to handle confidential material in a discrete and professional manner Must have the ability to travel for work via personal or community mass transportation if needed
• Ability to observe company policies and work rules and other duties as assigned by your supervisor
