This candidate will be responsible for merchandise allocation for our Watch Station team in order to meet sales role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on you will do in this role:Distribute/allocate and replenish product to the stores to maximize sales by setting system parameters to achieve sales and inventory objectivesGenerate various reports including style-selling and sell-through analysis to assist in meeting sales inventory and accuracy objectivesOrganize sales and allocation reporting and assortment grids on a daily basisResponsible for creating system generated orders that accurately allocate inventory and meet monthly budget requirementsMaintain orders in the system and track shipments from the distribution center to ensure timely arrival to storesCommunicate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate assortment allocation strategy and successes within in identifying opportunities for merchandise stores and promotional ideasAssist in forecasting and analysis to determine future sales and inventory needsWho You Are:RequirementsBachelors Degree in Merchandising Business or relevant studies preferredSome experience in planning buying or allocation strongly preferredAt least 1 year or more of retail experienceUnderstanding of retail math retail vocabulary and Microsoft Excel formulas to analyze sales and inventory dataStrong verbal. written communication and analytical skills are requiredResults in focused detail oriented skills and takes pride in accuracySelf motivated has the ability to independently organize and resource and has a strong sense of urgencyProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Google Enterprise productsSAP knowledge preferredWhat We Offer:Comprehensive Benefits:Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning:401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program:Support for new parents and caregiversGenerous Paid Time Off:Floating Holidays Sick Time Personal Days Summer Flex FridaysWork Flexibility:Hybrid schedule plus Work-From-Anywhere optionsTuition Reimbursement:Support for approved educational programsAtFossil Group we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
