Job Summary
STV is seeking a dynamicMEP Project Managerto join ourOwners Project Managementteam in the Boston MA office. Current projects includeHealthcare Life Science and Higher Education clients in Massachusetts.
Acting on behalf of the owner key responsibilities will includeoverseeing the design engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure related projects on fully occupied campuses. This will include shut downs tie-ins and quality control while having extensive interaction with multiple stakeholders throughout the project delivery cycle. Other responsibilities include managing the overall project budget schedule and quality of the work as well running weekly OAC meetings and follow up activities.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will haveextensive MEP related experience andfamiliarity with applicable building codescentral plant operations and construction means and methods.
Assisting Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to othersis preferred.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills to maintain strong client relationshipsand repeat business.
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Experience:
Candidate will have an Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
LEED AP CPD or PE certifications are preferred but not required.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experienceworking on similar projects within theeducational institutional andlife science environment.
Compensation Range:
