JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Madisonville TN (Monroe County Schools)

Salary: $42300 - $-Month Position

Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents overcome behavioral and mental health challenges Join our team as a School-Based Therapist and provide meaningful counseling services directly within Monroe County schools.

In this role youll work closely with students families and school staff to support emotional well-being improve behavioral outcomes and help students succeed both academically and personally.

This position follows a 10-month school schedule offering a work-life balance that aligns with the academic calendar.

• Provide individual counseling services to students in a school setting
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate diagnoses
• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide family and group counseling as needed
• Collaborate with teachers school administrators and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings case consultations and supervision
• Respond professionally and promptly to client and organizational needs

• Masters degree in:
  • Clinical Psychology
  • Counseling
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Social Work
  • Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Related behavioral health field
• Clinical experience through internships practicums or professional employment
• Strong assessment diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• License eligible or currently licensed in Tennessee (LMSW LCSW LPC-MHSP LMFT or equivalent)
• Experience working with children adolescents or school-based populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches

Starting salary: $42300 - $46700 for this 10-month position.
