Mental Health Support Specialist – PRN Flexible Schedule

This is a great opportunity for candidates with caregiving behavioral health social services CNA DSP or direct care experience looking for flexible PRN scheduling.

PRN / As Needed
Flexible scheduling opportunities available
Day evening and overnight shifts may be available

Provide direct support and supervision to clients in a safe and structured environment
Encourage positive behaviors and support clients with daily activities and treatment goals
Observe monitor and document client behaviors and participation
Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Help create a supportive respectful and therapeutic environment

High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Current BLS and First Aid Certification required
Previous behavioral health caregiving CNA DSP or direct care experience preferred
