Mental Health Counselor

Plainfield Counseling Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our compassionate team in Plainfield. As a Mental Health Counselor you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to clients facing various mental health challenges. • Provide mental health counseling to individuals and families to help them achieve their goals
• Conduct assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
• Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with various mental health issues
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records following confidentiality guidelines
• Stay informed about new developments in the field of mental health counseling

• Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or related field
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion towards clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mental health counseling

Salary Range: $49800 - $60000 per year
