Mental Health Clinician Supervisor LPCC-SIMFT-S

At Mindfully our mission is to promote and provide comprehensive convenient access to quality mental health care that is affordable progressive and personalized.

We are seeking LPCC and IMFT Supervisors to provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs LMFTs and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 45 clients per week. This is a hybrid position with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Marion OH office. We offer a private practice setting while doing the heavy lifting for you. You became a mental health clinician to make a difference in other peoples lives not to manage books insurance contracts credentialing facilities upkeep and all the other details that come with running a business.

Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations such as DBT EMDR/Trauma child/Adolescent SUD Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed LPCC-S or IMFT-S in the state of Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs LMFTs and/or Interns under your license.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position.

Supervisor Compensation:

$100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.

Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician:

$43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
