Position Summary
Flexible work arrangements including virtual/hybrid work locations are an integral part of the School of Medicines Working Forward initiative. As such this positions work location is designated as hybrid. Please note that the designated work location is subject to change based on the units business needs. The Department of Urology is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and programmatic support for the Mens Health Program. This position serves as a key resource for faculty clinical staff and program leadership coordinating a variety of administrative activities that support patient care program operations education outreach and research initiatives. Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling coordinating meetings and events processing requisitions and travel arrangements preparing correspondence and reports and supporting program communications. The position will also assist with the coordination of research and clinical initiatives within the Mens Health Program including supporting faculty projects organizing program activities facilitating interactions with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with the development and implementation of programmatic initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure the efficient operation and continued growth of the Mens Health Program through strong organization attention to detail and effective collaboration with clinical research and administrative teams.
