As an RN Manager at Edgewood youll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care. This position will work with our Memory Care staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
- Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
- Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
- Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
- Assess current and prospective residents
- Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Geriatrics dementia and/or assisted living experience desired
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
