Elements Massage Clayton is looking for a motivated professional and sales-driven Wellness Membership Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships creating exceptional client experiences and helping clients prioritize their wellness through massage and skincare services.

This is not a typical front desk position! We are looking for someone who is confident in sales comfortable having conversations with clients and motivated to help grow the business while being part of a positive team-focused environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous sales experience preferred spa or wellness industry a plus
  
• Comfortable discussing memberships services retail products and promotions
• Professional dependable and detail-oriented
  
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask
  
• Comfortable handling phones scheduling problem-solving and client concerns
  
• Weekend and evening availability required
  
• Someone who is coachable motivated and goal-oriented
• Passion for helping people

Your Role:

As a Wellness Membership Advisor you will:

• Create a warm welcoming experience for every client
• Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries over the phone and in person
• Promote and sell memberships and retail products to help clients enhance their wellness journey
  
• Meet membership and sales goals
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
  
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring clients needs are not just met but exceeded
  
• Maintain a clean organized and professionsl studio environment
  
• Supporting the overall success of the studio and team
