This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sales coaching a team building relationships in the community and creating an exceptional member experience from first interaction through long-term retention.
What Youll Do
- Drive membership sales through consultative conversations and relationship building
- Lead the front-end member experience and ensure exceptional hospitality
- Support day-to-day studio operations and team accountability
- Follow up with leads prospects and current members through calls texts and email
- Help execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Monitor studio performance metrics and work toward growth goals
- Collaborate with leadership to build a positive high-performing culture
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred especially in fitness wellness retail or hospitality
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Organized proactive and solution-oriented
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Passion for health wellness fitness or helping people feel their best
