Membership Analyst (Non-Profit)

We are recruiting on behalf of our Sacramento-based client for a Membership Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of membership dues records through payment analysis discrepancy resolution and coordination with internal teams and members. The position also supports a range of administrative tasks and membership-related projects. • Pay: $28.00-$31.00/hour DOE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct membership dues analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with members and internal teams to clarify and correct dues issues
• Process financial adjustments and refunds ensuring accurate documentation and coordination
• Support database maintenance and collaborate on process improvements to prevent future errors
• Generate reconciliation reports and provide regular updates to leadership on dues status

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational background in accounting finance or business administration preferred
• 2 years demonstrated expertise in payment analysis reconciliation and membership database management
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset
