Membership Advisor

As a Membership Advisor youll be one of the first faces people see when they walk in. You help create an environment where members feel comfortable supported and motivated to keep showing up. Whether youre keeping the club spotless answering phones or helping someone get a membership your work directly impacts how people experience our gym.

This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow. We provide training support and a clear path for advancement for team members who show up work hard and take pride in what they do. • Keep the club clean organized and ready for members
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning)
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members
• Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining
• Give tours and help guests choose the right membership
• Process new memberships upgrades and basic account changes
• Respond to member questions in person by phone and by text/email
• Assist with simple daily operations and checklists
