Member Services Representative Substitute

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries ensuring member satisfaction.

• Conduct personalized site tours for potential members showcasing club features and benefits.

• Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.

• Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers.

• Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

Qualifications:

• At least one year in a customer service role.
• Enthusiastic energetic friendly and personable.
• Strong ability to multitask self-direct and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
• Capable of connecting with inspiring and motivating others.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Per pay transparency requirements the compensation for this position ranges from $15 - $25/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location specialty certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
