Job Summary
The Role
Youll be building the next generation of tools that are fundamentally changing how government technology works. We move fast ship often and solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
Responsibilities
Shape and own features from start to finish. Your perspective drives how we build design and implement solutions that matter.
Work across the full technical spectrum from crafting robust APIs and type systems to building intuitive frontends and component libraries.
Work with users to understand their workflow and create solutions that transform how they work
Design and build data visualization tools that bring clarity to complex information
Develop innovative AI/ML solutions in a space that has so far been uncharted by modern and cohesive technology solutions
6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer ideally in high-growth startups
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product features from concept to user-facing delivery
Startup or high-growth company experience (demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments)
Fullstack frontend or backend (open to any generalist)
FE: React Typescript or Javascript
BE: or Typescript
Experience integrating data pipelines and APIs with frontend systems
System architecture expertise
Ability to work with UI/UX tools to create designs and translate them into production
Low-ego and highly collaborative. A "no task is below me" mindset
Excited about working in-person 5 days/week in Arlington VA
US citizenship/residency preferred (but not required) given the government-facing nature of the work
Required Skills:
2 years of experience in software SaaS or IoT system implementation. Strong understanding of project coordination resource scheduling and implementation processes. Familiarity with IoT devices APIs and network connectivity preferred. Exceptional attention to detail communication and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple active implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Project Management or related discipline
