Member of Technical Staff Platform

We are looking for a generalist software engineer with 26 years of experience to join our platform team and help build the infrastructure that powers LLM evaluations at scale. Youll work across the stack from Python backend services to React frontend features shipping quickly in a high-autonomy environment. This is a pure IC role where youll be hands-on every day tackling open-ended problems and iterating fast. We want someone with a sign of excellence whether thats an impressive company interesting research a top-tier school or a compelling project.

What you will be doing

• Building and maintaining the platform that runs LLM benchmarks end to end Python libraries web platform cloud infrastructure and tooling
• Working across the full stack as a generalist backend Python/Django services and frontend React/TypeScript features depending on team needs
• Taking fuzzy open-ended problems and independently designing building and shipping solutions
• Performing code reviews and architecture reviews for other engineers on the team
• Collaborating closely with the research team to ensure infrastructure meets their evaluation needs

Seniority:

2 - 6 years of experience in full-stack or platform engineering

Work experience

0-to-1 product building experience in big tech (e.g. FAANG Bloomberg NVIDIA) VC-backed startup or as founder

Founded a company or worked at an early-stage startup

Experience building systems of meaningful scope in production

Education:

Undergrad CS degree from a top 25 program top 5 program is requirement if experiences are not strong

Hard skills:

Production Python expertise in a professional setting

React/TypeScript frontend experience
