As traffic and concurrent AI agent executions continue growing rapidly theyre expanding their engineering team to build the infrastructure and product capabilities powering the next generation of consumer AI assistants.

• Design build and scale core infrastructure powering a production AI assistant used across messaging platforms.
• Develop high-performance backend services capable of supporting large volumes of concurrent AI agent executions.
• Build and optimize agentic workflows orchestration systems and production AI runtime infrastructure.
• Design APIs SDKs and developer tooling that make the platform extensible for future products and integrations.
• Improve AI model selection tool usage evaluation systems and production output quality.
• Prototype and launch new consumer-facing AI experiences from concept through production deployment.
• Debug distributed systems while maintaining high availability reliability and low latency.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to shape technical architecture and long-term platform strategy.
• Contribute across the full technology stack using primarily TypeScript and Python.
• Help establish engineering standards and technical direction within a fast-growing AI startup.

• 04 years of professional software engineering experience including exceptional new graduates.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building production systems.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience building scalable backend services distributed systems or AI-powered applications.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a highly regarded university.
• Strong problem-solving ability with experience owning technical projects from design through deployment.
• Comfortable working across infrastructure backend systems AI features and product engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a highly collaborative startup environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto five days per week.

• Experience at high-growth startups AI companies or quantitative trading firms.
• Background in AI model evaluation post-training reinforcement learning or large language model infrastructure.
• Competitive programming accomplishments International Olympiad participation or other exceptional technical achievements.
• Experience building consumer AI products or conversational AI systems.
• Strong systems thinking with experience designing scalable platform infrastructure.
• Portfolio of personal projects open-source contributions or technically challenging side projects.

• Base salary: $150000.
• Significant equity package with total annual compensation typically ranging from approximately $250000$750000.
