We are a small team from Google Research Meta FAIR and Stanford led alongside Fei-Fei Li with frontier-scale compute and direct ownership of core model problems. We are backed by Sequoia Capital Google NVIDIA and luminaries including Eric Schmidt and Jerry Yang.

Games are more engaging more meaningful and more fun than passive content and we think everyone should be able to make them. As a Frontend Member of Technical Staff (MTS) youll help make that a reality. Youll own the creation and play experiences that millions of users touch every day working at the intersection of product intuition AI-generated content and consumer-grade polish. This is a small dense team: you wont be maintaining someone elses system you will be shaping how the platform feels.

• Build and own core user-facing features across the creation and discovery experiences

• Work closely with AI/systems engineers to surface complex AI-generated content in ways that feel fast intuitive and delightful

• Make opinionated calls on UX we care about taste not just correctness

• Optimize for performance at real consumer scale (tens of millions of users high-frequency play sessions)

• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and uphold high code quality standards

• Have 7 years of frontend experience (ideally on consumer products)

• Are fluent in React and TypeScript and have strong opinions about their use

• Have built products where experience quality was central to the product

• Have worked on data-rich or real-time UIs (feeds game rendering dashboards etc.)

• Are self-directed and work independently from idea to shipped product

• Experience with WebGL canvas or game rendering

• Experience on high-growth consumer platforms (Instagram TikTok Roblox YouTube)

• Familiarity with recommendation-driven feed UIs
