The role of the Electrical Maintenance Lead includes but is not limited to being responsible for the following: promoting a safe work environment and a one division team leading a electrical maintenance team developing a preventative and predictive maintenance program and quality systems maintaining and troubleshooting all types of electrical equipment training and developing a maintenance team and providing excellent customer service of responsibility. Must be able to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime including nights weekends and holidays.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Three years industrial maintenance experience.
- Previous Leadership experience
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
