Job Title: Med/Surg RN Day Shift

Location: Tuba City AZ

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
Day Shift 3x12 Hours
6:30 AM 7:00 PM

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide quality patient care in an acute care setting serving a diverse patient population. The RN will deliver compassionate evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge planning
Follow hospital policies nursing standards and safety protocols
Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages

Requirements:
Minimum 23 years of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
Active unrestricted RN License required
BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
TCAR certification required within 6 months of hire
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 6 months of hire
Experience with Allscripts EMR preferred

Additional Information:
Holiday coverage required
Orientation every 2 weeks
Shared housing available based on availability
No pets or family allowed in shared housing
