Our team is looking for Med Techs for Swing (2p-10p) and NOC (10p-6a) shifts.

Were hiring a Medication Technician to join our care team. Youll be responsible for safely administering and documenting medications for our residents while also supporting them through the everyday moments that make a community feel like home. Its a role that takes focus follow-through and compassion.
Youll be the trusted hands behind every medication pass and a caregiver in every other moment of the shift. Specifically youll:
- Administer and document medications accurately following each residents physician orders and our communitys protocols
- Observe residents for changes in condition side effects or reactions and report concerns promptly to nursing leadership
- Maintain accurate MAR records and ensure medication storage stays secure and organized
- Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing dressing grooming toileting eating and mobility
- Support meal service light housekeeping laundry and resident activities as part of the care team
- Communicate clearly with families teammates and supervisors to keep everyone informed
- Medication Assistant certification (or Idaho state equivalent) required
- At least 18 years old
- Working knowledge of common medications drug interactions and how to follow physician instructions
- A patient compassionate approach with older adults
- Reliable punctual and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stay active throughout your shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CNA certification
- CPR First Aid and Food Handlers cards
- Prior caregiving experience in assisted living
- Experience with electronic medication records
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Monthly continuing education provided to keep your certification and skills current
- This is hands-on physical work lots of standing walking bending and lifting
