At The Evergreen Inn an Agemark Senior Living community our Medication Aides help residents feel safe supported and cared for. Were looking for a compassionate dependable team member who enjoys working with seniors and is flexible to work a variety of shifts.

• Assist residents with medications according to their care plans and physician orders

• Accurately document medications and maintain resident records

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff

• Assist residents with daily living needs while encouraging independence and dignity

• Build meaningful relationships with residents families and coworkers

• Help create a positive welcoming environment for our residents

• Meet Washington requirements for medication administration

• Availability across day evening and overnight shifts based on community needs

• Strong communication and basic computer skills

• Compassion patience and a genuine interest in working with seniors

• Dependable flexible and willing to work as part of a team

• Previous senior living or caregiving experience is a plus
