Medication Aide On-Call

At The Kensington in Hastings an Agemark Senior Living community were looking for a dependable and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team on an on-call basis.

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition side effects or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Provide compassionate attentive support to residents throughout your shift.
• Work closely with the care team to provide consistent quality care.
• Help maintain a safe positive and supportive environment for residents.

• Active Medication Aide certification that meets Nebraska requirements.
• Compassionate dependable and comfortable working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed including evenings weekends and holidays.
