• Keep Meds on Track: Safely and accurately administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Know Your Residents: Learn their routines preferences personalities and what makes them smile.

• Youre Certified: Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• You Care About People: You have compassion patience and a genuine desire to work with older adults.
• Youre Dependable: Residents and coworkers know they can count on you.
• You Communicate: Youre comfortable connecting with residents families nurses and fellow team members.
• You Notice the Details: You understand that accuracy matters especially with medications and documentation.
• You Can Handle the Tech: Basic computer skills for medication tracking and resident documentation.
