• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents care plans.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.

• Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes side effects or concerns and report them promptly.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents families and team members.

• Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion patience and positive energy to each shift.

• Required Certification: Must have completed the 40-hour Medication Aide certification required in Nebraska.

• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.

• Attention to Detail: Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.

• Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
