• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition side effects or concerns and promptly communicate with nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate respectful care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents families and your fellow team members.
• Help create a positive safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the community.

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion patience and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Ability to work day shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
