At CountryHouse Residence in Elkhorn NE part of Agemark Senior Living were looking for compassionate and dependable Medication Aides to join our team. We currently have opportunities for full-time evening and part-time overnight shifts.

• Provide Medication Support Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records Document medication administration and keep resident records up to date.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being Observe for changes in condition side effects or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
• Assist with Daily Care Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build Meaningful Connections Develop positive relationships with residents families and fellow team members.
• Support Your Team Help create a caring positive environment where residents and team members feel valued.

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion patience and a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• A dependable team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
