About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience withOASIS E2 be confident performingStart of Care (SOC)visits and be well versed inMedicare home health guidelines.
Requirements
- ActiveFlorida RN license
- OASIS E2 experiencerequired
- Comfortable completingStart of Care (SOC)visits
- Solid understanding ofMedicaredocumentation and regulations
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication organization and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC ROC Recert and Discharge assessments
- Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E2 and Medicare standards
- Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patients home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within Pinellas
Compensation
- Per Visit
- Compensation varying based on visit type(SOC ROC Recert routine visits etc.)
- Consistent workload within a focused service area
