Medical Social Worker (MSW)
Location - Everett WA
Duration - 13 Weeks
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide care coordination discharge planning and psychosocial support services in a busy acute care hospital setting. Candidates with diverse case management experience are strongly preferred.
Assignment Details:
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Every other weekend required
- Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week pay period
Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington State License
- BLS Certification
- Acute Care Hospital experience
- Discharge Planning experience
- Care Coordination experience
Preferred Experience:
- Medical-Surgical Case Management
- Long Length of Stay (LLOS) Case Management
- Emergency Department Case Management
- Diverse hospital-based case management experience
