Job Description

Erico Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist (Part-Time Remote) to support the organization review and maintenance of electronic medical records. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is accurate complete and properly updated in accordance with internal procedures and confidentiality standards.

This role is fully remote and best suited for individuals who are organized reliable and able to work independently while managing multiple documentation tasks.

The Medical Records Specialist will play an important role in maintaining accurate data integrity supporting internal teams and ensuring all records are properly processed and stored.

Key Responsibilities

Review and organize electronic medical records

Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient documentation

Update and maintain records in digital systems

Perform routine quality checks for data accuracy

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Support internal teams with record-related updates or corrections

Follow established documentation and data management procedures

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong written communication skills

Reliable internet connection and workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical records healthcare administration or data entry

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus

Previous remote work experience

Compensation

$18 $24 per hour (based on experience)
