Education

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience

2 years front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)

What You Will Do

Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation.

Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.

Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.

Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to: registration TOS collections verification of benefits appointment scheduling daily billing daily reconciliations and other related duties.

Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.

Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.

Assist the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.

Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Work location: TH Internal Medicine I-35 North Denton TX 76201

Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly Monday through Thursday 7:30am 5:00pm Friday 7:00am 1:00pm (Alternating late Fridays until 5pm)
