ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate for its Concord New Hampshire office.
The ideal attorney will have 3-5 years of experience defending medical malpractice cases and must be able to handle matters from start to finish with full file responsibility.
The practice has substantial existing work and can keep the right attorney busy full time while offering a significant long-term leadership and partnership opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience
Defense-side medical malpractice background required
Plaintiff-side medical malpractice backgrounds are not a fit for this role
Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
Full file responsibility and independent case management
Trial experience preferred
Strong research writing advocacy and client-service skills
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Defend medical malpractice cases from start to finish
Assume full responsibility for assigned files and litigation strategy
Manage discovery depositions motions hearings experts and case preparation
Work directly with clients insurers opposing counsel experts and courts
Prepare matters for trial and participate in trials as experience permits
Manage a substantial caseload within a busy defense practice
WORK MODEL & CAREER OPPORTUNITY
In-office position minimum 4 days per week to start
Some flexibility thereafter for remote work 3-4 days per week
