Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

Handle high-value personal injury cases end-to-end
Lead and conduct expert witness depositions (critical responsibility)
Draft and review pleadings motions discovery and legal memoranda
Prepare for and attend depositions mediations and hearings
Work closely with medical experts and liability specialists
Analyze medical records and case evidence
Provide client guidance throughout the case lifecycle
Collaborate internally on case strategy and litigation execution

Experience You Will Need

Active California Bar license (mandatory)
Strong litigation background (Medical Malpractice preferred)
Proven experience in:
- Expert depositions (MUST HAVE / high priority)
- Litigation drafting (pleadings motions discovery)
- Depositions hearings and case handling
Strong exposure to:
- Medical records & expert witnesses
- Liability analysis
Ability to transition into Personal Injury litigation
Strong communication negotiation and analytical skills
